1. All files should be prepared for
use on the Macintosh platform. We CAN take PC files as long as the following
guidelines are met. Art that does not meet the following guidelines will
require our help at an additional charge. We want your artwork to look
how YOU want it.
2. Our art department uses the following software applications:
Adobe Illustrator 10, CS, CS2 and Adobe Photoshop 7.0, CS2
3. We can read 3.5" diskettes, ZIP disks, CD's, as well as e-mailed
files. (formatted for Macs) Call for email address.
4. "Vector" files made in Adobe Illustrator (version 10 or lower)
or Corel Draw (version 9 or lower) are preferred. If using a newer version
please "save down" to a previous version file.
5. Please be sure to save all typeset characters
as outlines (Illustrator) or convert to curves (Corel). Please do not
send fonts. YOUR FONTS WILL NOT WORK IF YOU DO NOT CONVERT THEM.
6. "Raster" files made in Adobe Photoshop files (psd, jpg, tiff,
etc.) must have a resolution of 300 dpi or higher and saved to print size.
*Please call our art department if you have multicolor raster art for
proper file preparation.
7. Please name the file with something related to the customer order.
(We get hundreds of files named "T-Shirt Art")
8. Please be sure to label your disk or include with your e-mail your
company name and job name or P.O. number. Also include a contact name
and phone number for questions.
*Please note: If any of the above requirements are not met, we may require
extra time to process your order and additional charges will apply.
PLEASE
NOTICE
We cannot accept the following types of computer
files for printing: Microsoft Word (.doc), Microsoft Publisher (.pub)
Microsoft Excel (.xl) Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt)
If your artwork is in one of these formats you will need to speak with
the art department. We will assist you and advise of necessary steps needed

CALL if your artwork is in any other format other than what is listed
on this web page. We will do our best to help you even if all you have
is a printed piece of paper or hand illustration.
